By accessing or using Vector Witch ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Account & Access

Vector Witch operates primarily through browser-based access. No account registration is required for basic usage. Your generation history and credit balance are stored locally in your browser. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and browser data.

3. Credits & Billing

The Service uses a credit-based system. Free credits are provided for initial usage. Additional credits may be purchased through our pricing plans. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing and credit allocations at any time with reasonable notice.

Credits are consumed per generation request. Failed generations due to service errors will not be charged. Credit balances stored in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data.

4. Intellectual Property

SVG vectors generated through Vector Witch are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes. You retain ownership of your prompts and the resulting generated content. The Vector Witch name, logo, and service infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Vector Witch.

You may not claim that AI-generated vectors are hand-crafted original artwork when representing them to third parties in contexts where the distinction matters.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or promotes violence
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the underlying AI models
• Overwhelm the Service with automated or excessive requests
• Resell or redistribute the Service itself without authorization
• Circumvent credit limits or billing mechanisms

6. Limitation of Liability

Vector Witch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that generated vectors will meet your specific requirements, be error-free, or be available without interruption.

In no event shall Vector Witch be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
